STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY

Each student has certain basic responsibilities. Among them are:

1) Timely completion of all assignments,

2) Personal honesty and integrity in test taking and composition,

3) Being present for class,

4) Being on time,

5) Contacting the instructor outside of class time for additional help when needed,

6) Active participation in group activities, labs, projects and assignments

Unless prior arrangements have been made, absences from class will be considered unexcused and late work will not be credited. I reserve the right to modify this syllabus at my sole discretion.


GRADES

We will have two tests. The tests will be weighted 50%, HW 30%, Quizes 20%. The homework is graded as either acceptable or unacceptable and is due at the beginning of the each class period. Unless prior arrangements have been made, late homework will not be accepted. The homework will not be returned and may not be reviewed by me. Keep a copy for yourself and use it during class to take notes/correct your own answers.
